PAOLO VENINI

Venini founded his workshop on creating hand crafted Venetian glass work in 1925 in Murano. He was one of the pioneers in hand crafted glass techniques around the world. He has built one of the most famous brands of hand crafted glassware in Murano. He personally managed and overlooked the glass kilns at his workshop and employed some of Italy’s best artists and architects of the century. Venini brand is still very dear to auction houses, galleries and art enthusiasts around the world.
