Guidelines for Delivering Purchases:

The Kamandi gallery advises all customers to read the following guidelines before

making any purchases from the gallery;

  • The Kamandi Gallery follows Italian and EU laws.
  • The final price provided by the Gallery includes packaging, postage and delivery charges.
  • Before any payment is made, a contract will be signed between both parties.
  • The customer will have full access to delivery information and a tracking number will be provided to examine the delivery process.
  • The customer is permitted to cancel the order while the order is still in the packaging process. The full amount will be refunded to them.
  • The Kamandi Gallery is obligated to inform the customer about the postage and delivery process.
  • Only upon delivery, can the customer sign a form noting any damages to the item.
  • The Kamandi Gallery highly recommends that customers open their packages upon delivery to insure safe delivery.
  • If packaging is damaged, the customer must obtain and fill in a form from the courier and mark “Delivered with residue”.
  • In cases where the artwork is delicate or fragile and damage cannot be seen from packaging, the customer must assure that the artwork is wholesome.
  • NO COMPENSATION will be paid if there is no courier signature on the “delivered with residue” form.
  • If “delivered with residue” is signed, the incurred damage must be clearly indicated on the form, and proof must be provided i.e. photograph.
  • It must be noted that all damages incurred during postage and delivery will be covered by the courier company and NOT the gallery.
  • If the wrong item is delivered to the customer, or is damaged or has missing parts, the customer will be able to request an exchange with another item from the gallery.
  • According to EU law on online purchases, the customers are permitted to cancel their sale within 14 days of the purchase by informing the Gallery.
  • The Gallery is obligated to refund the customer within 14 working days using the payment method used by the customer.
  • The gallery can abstain from refunding the customer till they receive the artwork.
  • If the artwork is returned damaged, used or otherwise not brand new, the gallery can deduct the damages incurred from the original payment made by the customer.
  • Depending on the payment method, refunds may take 5-7 working days.
